I have posted one of my images in full, as Fiona feels it's o.k to do so.
As you can see, this picture is in pencil, and quite detailed, the eggs are plovers eggs
just sat there in the leaf litter, I took quite a few pictures of it, and worked from them.
Hope you enjoy this rather un- orthodox entry.  Sandra.

      Thank you, Little bit of blue, I love using a pencil, I have learnt a few tricks on how to achieve depth, within an image that I may be working on, small erasers that you can form into points, are an asset.

      Thank you Janet,Yes, that idea of going beyond the frame has always appealed to me, and then, giving it a shadow.

      Hi Nine, I am so pleased you like the image, a bit of artistic license was used,as you may see in some of the decorated twigs, couldn't stop myself.
